The stories under this category are of challenges I faced with leadership and/or challenges I had because of the way the church administration was set up. I’m not saying that I have been a church leader and that I have all of the answers. I’m simply relaying personal challenges I experienced while attending church or working in children’s ministry.
My purpose for sharing these stories is to help church leaders and others understand some of the challenges we have while working in ministry. Perhaps by bringing attention to the problems, church leaders can figure out solutions to help their people serving in ministry overcome these situations.
